The project is the water transmission line for the Saindak copper-gold mine on the Belt and Road / China-Pakistan Economic Corridor: over 38,000 m of DN600 national-standard spiral pipe at 9 m fixed length.
Protection is coal-tar epoxy outside and cement-mortar lining inside, covering both soil-side corrosion and water-side hygiene. Manufacturing was supervised throughout, with hydrostatic testing and coating inspection by batch.
Logistics ran to 325 truckloads consolidated at Tianjin Port for shipment. A company vice-president was stationed in Pakistan for 40 days for handover and after-sales support, staying on until the line was closed.
